DUE DILIGENCE INSPECTION
The commercial property inspector will comply with International Standards of Practice for inspecting Commercial Properties (ComSOP) - the industry accepted guidelines and an established process and system. The inspector will specifically look for issues the buyer will want to be informed about before purchasing the property.
PRE-LEASE AND POST LEASE INSPECTION
