SWIMMING POOL INSPECTIONS
A swimming pool is a wonderful feature to almost any home, and one that brings enjoyment for many years. But while it is enjoyable – it can also be very expensive to repair if there are issues.
Whether you are buying or selling, have us here at 360 fully inspect your swimming pool for issues. These issues could include electrical hazards and other safety issues, the pool liner, structural defects, and much more.
Be sure to have your swimming pool fully inspected so that your pool brings you enjoyment for many years.
FAA LICENSED DRONE PILOT
There are a lot of factors that make a roof or other areas of your home not reachable by foot. When this happens, we utilize drone technology to ensure we inspect as much as possible every inch of your home.
We do not use this technology as a “hobby”, but we are actual FAA licensed drone pilots and highly qualified to use them to inspect your home.
11th MONTH INSPECTIONS
Have you had a new home built? Before your builder’s 12-month warranty runs out, have us perform an 11th month inspection.
These are full home inspections and are designed to find issues and compile them into a list for your builder to fix. Make sure your home is in good condition for years to come.
